About the RoleThe Senior Director of Product Operations leads and manages the creation, support and execution of Old Navy Production & Sourcing strategies, inclusive of process effectiveness, end-to-end product execution mapping, and facilitation of cross-functional touchpoints within Old Navy. This position will report directly into the SVP of Global Production.

What You'll Do

Manage and monitor the health of the product processes and adherence to key milestone deliverables in partnership with other functions within the Brand.

Drive creation of the Annual brand calendar and seasonal Pipeline calendars.

Strategize, operationalize and implement continuous improvements and transformation initiatives within product processes.

Manage Pipeline metrics that drive accountability, shifts behaviors and improves actions.

Continually reassess and refine work processes required to competitively deliver product to market.

Partner cross-functionally to define, address and deliver strategic initiatives that support and enable Brand priorities.

Update and deliver brand product operations tools and training.

Manage ad-hoc special projects in support of Brand initiatives.

Primary contact for all Gap Inc. and cross-brand initiatives, quarterly reporting and management.

Lead process simplification and improvement projects across all Production functions, including Tech Design, Fabric R&D, Product Development, and Production Management.

Manage growth and development of team.

Collaborate with Gap Inc. functions to support implementation and execution of Supply Chain Strategy Solutions.

Maintain annual fiscal budget, attending monthly Finance meetings and partnering back with functional leadership as needed.

Support Production leadership and cross-functional product teams with reporting and analytics to track key financial and development metrics.

Who You Are

10+ years of work experience, preferably with supply chain and/or production, retail apparel, management consulting and/or consumer products.

Must have best practice knowledge and demonstrated experience in supply chain.

Demonstrated ability to think globally and translate information into effective strategies and drive results.

Strong project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time.

Strong change management, strategy and operational experience.

Strong oral, written communication and formal presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.

Strong interpersonal skills, works well as a part of a cross-functional team.

Exceptional analytical, decision making, trouble-shooting, mediation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated experience in influencing change outside of span of control or authority.

Salary Range: $185,800 - $255,500 USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
