Subject Matter Expert IV.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a

Subject Matter Expert IV , responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

Provide task unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness and achieve successful performance.Provide expertise in subject matter and unique technical knowledge.Assist engineering staff with the analysis, evaluation and implementation of systems and other engineering tasks.Consult with executive management on subject matter on establishing and altering policies.Client interface ensuring efforts and guidelines are meeting customer requirements.Assess Program requirements, functional designs, plans and schedules, and provide recommendations.About You: At Phoenix Defense, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do!In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of Military domain knowledge, with Army Sustainment being the focus area.Prior experience in software testing, executing written test cases, writing test cases from requirements.Experience providing high-level presentations and white papers for system engineering reviews, product development, analysis, and validation and verification of engineering solutionsExperience working in an Agile development environment.Highly proficient interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsHolds or able to obtain a minimum DOD Secret security clearance.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Domestic and International travel to Military Installations in support of JLCCTC Program activities is required.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the JLCCTC or similar constructive Modeling and Simulation software.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical disciplineBENEFITS:
