What You'll Bring to ChargePoint

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. In this position you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and executive staff to provide reporting and insights for topics ranging from marketing performance, proprietary network data and market intelligence.

What You'll DoManage all processes and systems related to deriving and communicating marketing performance through data driven insights.Optimize marketing and sales efforts through data analysis, process improvement, and technology integration (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau).Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to drive strategy to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness leveraging marketing attribution reporting.Work closely with the Sales team to diagnose issues related to funnel quality and velocity; proactively propose solutions and recommendations for improvement.Manipulate large data sets, create and maintain visually compelling marketing dashboards leveraging Tableau, Snowflake, and Google Data Studio (Looker).Partner closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure relevant data is automated within data warehouse and ensure accuracy of ETL streams into Snowflake (data warehouse). Identify data anomalies and discrepancies and provide objective conclusions.Proactively monitor, evaluate, and present data driven insights on B2B + B2C marketing performance for topics ranging from paid campaigns, content, website, demand generation and eCommerce.Analyze product shipment and utilization data; provide insights on channels driving sales and how users are engaging with the product post-sale.Forecast marketing impact on revenue. Develop regression models to determine the most cost-efficient marketing tactics and channels.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. This involves analyzing market segments, growth opportunities, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.Be able to clearly articulate data points, standard data tables and charts, trends and data events for a broad range of audiences.Ensure Marketing's capacity planning, budgeting, and goal setting are all aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.Become a trusted strategic data partner and be seen as a highly reliable source of truth for data and reporting.Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills are requiredExperience working with Demand Gen or Growth Marketing teams requiredExperience with GA4 is requiredMinimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce data or similar CRM dataMinimum 2 years of experience with Marketo data or similar MAP dataMinimum 1 year of experience with Google AnalyticsMinimum 1 year of experience with Tableau and working knowledge of ETL streamsProven ability interpreting and presenting data trends to executive level staffGreat attention to detail and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks, organize information and adhere to deadlinesPassionate about providing hard hitting insights that will drive key decisions for marketing strategyExperience with forecasting and dSelf-starter that is naturally inquisitive and curiousAssessments will be given for the required platforms listed aboveNice to Have

Location

US - Remote

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $77,500 to $179,300. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
