Were looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst III that can work closely with clients and BAs to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. The BI Analyst III is responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of Data Sets in Business Intelligence Reporting environments. The ideal candidate understands how data is turned into knowledge, and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes. Additionally, they are skilled in telling stories with data by utilizing analytical tools, works well in a team environment and has strong communication skills. This team member will be an impactful voice in shaping our BI direction, strategy, and execution, and will help drive our growth moving forward!WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Collaborate on highly complex and cross-functional BI solutions.Drive projects in the implementation and use of BI software tools and systems.Leverage leadership skills to facilitate information gathering, analyze findings, and present structured documentation to leadership.Develop strategic timelines and manage tasks to meet identified deadlines.?Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring thorough requirements gathering, participating in design, creating deployment strategies and plans, all with effective communication.Implement lean and efficient data structures utilizing data modeling best practices.Pioneer the use of tools and frameworks for automated reporting, data quality issue identification, and automatic data governance.Oversee integration efforts of merging BI platforms with databases.Develop advanced, scalable, efficient processes for large-scale data analyses, model development and validation.Propose new technologies with potential to enhance the company's BI systems.Provide mentorship and training within the team and to business users on BI solutions.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
4+ years experience creating and architecting BI solutions within Microsoft or Google.4+ years experience creating visualizations and data sets using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or other visualizations tools.Computer or business-related degree or equivalent.Expert skills in data analysis and data mining.Experience leading technical project implementation.
