Our team is searching for an upbeat, driven, energetic part-time Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play an integral part in finding top talent to join our Diamond Willow and Keystone Bluffs communities. Your primary responsibilities as a Recruiter will be evaluating the staffing needs of our 9 locations, determine candidate's qualifications through phone, messenger, and text conversations among other tasks.
Recruiter Overview:Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for CNA's, PCA's and RA caregivers and select additional rolesResponsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, job offering and successful onboardingWork collaboratively with hiring managers and assisted living coordinators to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring effortsMake recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each communityContribute ideas towards multiple communities and departments to improve processes: The ability to collaborate is a mustProvide feedback and coaching on block scheduling, assist with filling shifts etc.Travel to sites to support training and hiring when neededTraveling for job fairs
Recruiter Qualifications:Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-haveMust have an upbeat and joyful personality- Happy, Helpful and FriendlyProven ability to plan and prioritize your work weekDemonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goalsAt least 2 years in healthcare experience/preferably as floor caregiver in Assisted LivingMust be able to travel within a 250 mile radius from Duluth, MNExperience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferredExperience working with Indeed a plusExperience working with Paycom a plus
