Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities. If you have prior experience recruiting Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional rolesResponsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offeringWork collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring effortsMake recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brandContribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processesQualifications:

Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-haveProven ability to plan and prioritize your work weekDemonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goalsA degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is requiredHealthcare industry knowledge is idealExperience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferredMilitary Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes:
