Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an associate recruiter to join our team in Golden Valley! As an associate recruiter, you will play an integral part in finding top talent to join our family of businesses. Your primary responsibilities as an associate recruiter will be to evaluate candidates' prerequisite qualifications through phone conversations, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

Own the full-cycle candidate recruiting process for our Home Health Aide rolesEvaluate candidates' prerequisite qualifications through phone conversationsEvaluate candidates' position viability during face-to-face interviewsVerify candidates' current Nursing Assistant Certification and initiate background checksUpdate and post job advertisements to the ATS and select job boardsWork collaboratively with HR and Leadership to continually evolve processes with the intent of bettering our hiring, orientation, scheduling, and retention effortsQualifications:

Degree in Communications or another applicable field would provide a solid skillsetExperience or knowledge of Nursing Assistant and/or healthcare professions would be highly beneficialAn outgoing personality with strong communication skills is essential for success in this roleDemonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities is crucialCOVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation/exemptionMilitary Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes:
