This position will directly impact the history of space exploration, powering the next generations of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight.In this role, you will work with the corporate senior leadership team and business unit finance leaders towards successful identification, analysis, and integration of new acquisitions. During this period of high growth, you will enable our corporate development and finance teams to move quickly and accurately, craft and implement analysis methods, and engage with business partners in various fields to ensure successful outcomes.A passion for developing M&A integration approaches from a financial perspective, ownership of subject matter expertise for deal analysis and related enterprise financial impacts, and building positive relationships with diverse internal stakeholders involved in the M&A process are some of the success factors in this role.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Work independently and with senior leaders to advise the team on pros and cons of acquisitions, mergers, convertible debt, integration, and associated analysis required.Focal leadership for Finance/Accounting/KPMG to lead engagement and analysis results for valuation, due diligence, and final purchase accounting negotiations.Partner with Blue Origin Corporate Development and Sales teams to develop internal models to support various acquisition and integration methods.Partner with the target and business unit to understand technical accounting changes and harmonization between target entity and Blue Origin.Required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or related field.8+ years of professional experience to include M&A analysis and/or integration, or relevant combination of sophisticated education and post-graduate experience.Strong financial skill, and understanding of M&A financial impact on business objectives.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:

Master’s in finance, MBA or CPA.Audit experience.Project management experience.Experience with deal analysis and integration modeling/execution; cradle to grave involvement with M&A accounting/finance activities.Big 4 Audit experience in M&A.Aerospace, technical, or government contract industry experience.Compensation Range for WA applicants:
