Orkin is actively looking for a highly skilled and strategic
Director of Pricing and Analytics
to spearhead our pricing and data analytics initiatives for both
B2B and consumer products and services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, market trends, and pricing models to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The position will report to the VP, Orkin Marketing and reside in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:You Will Lead...
Pricing Strategy Development:
Drive the development and execution of comprehensive pricing strategies to significantly boost revenue and profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
Implement dynamic pricing models and tools to optimize pricing across various products and services.
Data Analytics and Insights:
Lead the analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pricing effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to seamlessly align pricing strategies with overarching business objectives.
Work closely with product development teams to assess the impact of pricing on new product launches and existing offerings.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on profitability and market share.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on financial performance and market feedback.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Establish performance metrics and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications:The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7-10 years of demonstrated experience in pricing strategy development, data analytics, and financial analysis preferably within a related industry.
Experience in B2B pricing is required and consumer pricing experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting techniques.
Expertise in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a track record of driving results through collaboration.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
Candidate must reside or be willing to self-relocate to the metro Atlanta area
to commute to our corporate office in the Buckhead/Midtown area at least 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
