About The PositionThe Golden State Warriors are looking for a Manager, Partnership Insights to bring a strategic and analytical approach to our overall Corporate Partnership objectives across the partnership lifecycle. This role will be critical in helping our team drive a competitive advantage through revenue-generation across all properties (Chase Center, Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, Santa Cruz Warriors, Warriors Gaming Squad, and Golden State Entertainment). This position reports to the Director, Partnership Insights.Come share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Director and Insights team on partnership strategy across multiple stages of the partnership lifecycle from acquisition to performanceParticipate in revenue-generating asset ideation across multiple Golden State org-wide properties to drive valuable assets and programs for current and prospective partnersManage relationships across corporate partnerships team to assist in driving partner-specific objectives, return on investment, and retentionManage KORE CRM platform and lead partnership deal sheet process, quality control, asset-objective alignment, and season rolloversUtilize Tableau integration in KORE for organizational reporting needs and dashboardsMaintain partner measurement dashboard including data-sharing uploads, quality control, and third-party vendor and project managementHandle market, brand, and category intel and help drive the partnership strategy for new business acquisition and prospectingDirect partner measurement and recap process including midseason and end of season reporting and insightsOther duties as assignedRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in sports management, business administration, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years in sponsorship, marketing, or advertising role with a specialization in strategy, research, consumer insights and/or analytics; experience working for a revenue-generating team is a plusStrong understanding of the relationship between brand marketing objectives and assets that help drive and achieve a brand’s business goalsExperience working with data solutions and market research programs (YouGov, GWI, Nielsen, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce KORE and Tableau as well media metrics and data (e.g., ratings, reach, frequency, CPM, CPE, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build positive relationships and translate data into business narratives for partners at all levels across the organizationProactive and goal-oriented with strong attention to detailFlexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize, prioritize and handle workloadTime CommitmentAbility to maintain a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as neededCompensation$75,000 + BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependentsEmployer 401K matchVacation, Summer Half-Day Fridays and a generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leavesWarriors home tickets, team store discount and more!Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Golden State Warriors is an equal opportunity employer.We will ensure that qualified applicants with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.Want to learn more about who we are and what we value?
