Position Summary:

The Director of Sales is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire Sales department. You will design sales plans and processes alongside the leadership team to meet the company’s sales objectives. This role is also responsible for continuous training and development of the sales team, along with assisting them to close new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop long-term sales goals and strategic plans

Manage and train sales personnel

Develop key relationships with clients

Maintain the sales pipeline

Create sales reports for leadership

Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals

Observe local and national trends in the market

Attend conferences and trade shows

Work with the marketing team to align objectives

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Well-developed math and business skills

Outstanding negotiation skills

Ability to plan and execute strong strategies

Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team

Ability to manage and delegate the sales team

High level of understanding of the market

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ Years of Direct Selling experience

5+ Years of Sales Leadership experience

5+ Years of experience within the Financial Industry
