This position will be reporting into the CEO and will be spearheading market research, outreach, and negotiation for potential in-licensing opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships in support of the company's long-term development goals.You will lead sourcing and negotiation for in-licensing opportunities for new assets.You will structure and negotiate complex deals (partnerships, in-licensing agreements, collaborations)Key Qualifications8+ years of biotech/pharma experience required, 5+ specifically in BD functionHands-on negotiation experience for partnership/in-licensing agreements requiredExperience working in rare disease highly preferredMix of small biotech and large pharma experience highly preferredMBA highly preferredPlease reach out to Ryan Moran to learn more information:: ryan.moran@peoplewithchemistry.com
