We value the power of diversity, as we continually strive to build an innovative and inclusive team culture centered on Snap's values of Kind, Smart, and Creative.We're looking for a Law Enforcement Response Specialist to join the Law Enforcement Operations team!What you'll do:Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from US and global law enforcementParticipate in on-call rotation for law enforcement emergency requests and internal escalations which includes working atypical weekday hours and some weekend days each monthReview team members' work product, create and deliver training, and provide feedbackLead internal training sessions on an as-needed basisEnhance our operational workflows via process and policy improvementsDrive successful projects and tooling initiativesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, with minimal oversightAbility to organize and prioritize assignments effectivelyWillingness to travel and participate in testimony appearances on behalf of SnapExperience working directly with law enforcement in a professional settingPrevious experience reviewing sensitive content (e.g. in a moderation-related role)Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the companyMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or job related equivalent experience in lieu of degreePreferred qualifications:Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional settingIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don't be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$87,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$83,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $49,000-$74,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
