As a Travel & Expense Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) within Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) BPM organization, you will report to the T&E Sub-Chapter Lead and contribute to the E2E Business Process Management (BPM) strategy. You will design global, cross-divisional processes for your business area, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions in collaboration with E2E GBPMs and Specialists. Empowered to make decisions for work packages aligned with E2E BPM guardrails, you will contribute to developing business processes, systems configuration, and shared services for corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) management, working closely with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, and IT across functions and divisions. Responsibilities

Implement the E2E BPM strategy according to guardrails set by the E2E Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) and GBPMs. Design and redesign global and cross-divisional processes, ensuring they are state-of-the-art and fit for purpose for dedicated work packages. Deliver comprehensive solutions, including processes, technology, and analytics, while ensuring robust execution and compliance monitoring. Prioritize, justify, and realize change requests in line with the strategic roadmap, with support from GBPM and GBPSs, and drive related initiatives. Document process requirements and ensure proper implementation through guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures, providing day-to-day support for business acceptance. Who you are:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education. Significant professional experience (preferably in Business Process Management, Finance, Information Management, IT, Procurement). E-2-E Travel & Expense business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for their dedicated area. Good technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, SAP Concur and travel & event management systems. Methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen). Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations. Business fluency in English.
