Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Business Partner position offers an excellent opportunity in a dynamic environment. The Human Resources Business Partner will be a hands-on leader for all aspects of HR activities including but not limited to: day to day administration, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training & development, and more.

Responsibilities:Lead HR Business Partner support with functional leadership and their respective organizations;Act as a trusted advisor to the executive management team. Build business partner relationship with management and staff;Own and provide counsel on all HR policies;Drive, communicate and implement with the business, the annual HR calendar including performance management, compensation planning, legal reporting, talent management, learning and development, training, open enrollment, etc.;Lead and coordinate full life cycle recruitment;Partner with business leaders to implement all people-related initiatives including talent acquisition / recruitment strategies, on-boarding, training & development, organizational design & effectiveness, cultural initiatives, and health & wellness;Provide coaching to line leaders and employees to support organizational and people management processes;Identify and implement talent development and training initiatives;Partner with internal and consultant HR stakeholders including Benefits, HRIS Administrators, and Payroll to align HR strategy with the HR practice/end-user experience;Ensure HR is administering all HR-related agreements including immigration, relocations, special payments, etc.;Identify methods to track and improve employee engagement;Maintain headcount and budget;Modify, create, and standardize all HR templates including offer letters, performance improvement documents, recruiting intake forms, onboarding/offboarding checklist, etc.;Streamline HR processes for headcount reporting, payroll inputs, HRIS inputs/changes, etc.;Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred;Minimum of 8 years of pertinent work experience;Proven experience in managing a broad scope of accountabilities associated with the HR functions such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Training, Employee Development, Employee Engagement, HR metrics and Employee Relations;HR experience with HRIS platforms, payroll, employee benefits;Experience in HR project management;Strong PC skills, software and HR platform experience; must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000
