Position Summary:
The Manager, Business Operations & Strategy, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, strategy, and finance, with a proven track record of executing complex projects from start to finish, driving organizational growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify and implement process improvements across various business functions to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Market Research : Conduct comprehensive research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expansion.
Project Management:
Lead and manage a variety of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, from concept through execution, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Financial Analysis:
Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Business Development:
Support business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Execution Focus:
Demonstrate a strong focus on execution, taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are brought to successful completion.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
Investment Banking or Private Equity experience a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to bring tasks and projects from start to finish, with a focus on execution.
