You will report to the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing.This position is based in Princeton, New Jersey. Otsuka maintains a hybrid work policy.Job Description:The position requires a highly motivated individual that can work efficiently with cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and accomplish complex deliverables (i.e. lead brand planning, media plan, website development, brand communications, omnichannel design and execution, etc.)Plan, identify, create and produce HCP and Consumer media plans, paid search, promotional materials, and activities needed to support brand strategies to meet business objectives.Collaborate with alliance and agency partners in the execution of HCP and Consumer strategic and tactical plans.Agency management - Work with the AORs and multiple other agencies to develop and deliver all of the tactical elements of the promotional mix.Serve as brand partner to the field sales teams to drive effective communication of brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics.Work with market research and analytics to identify and implement metrics to gain market insights and measure performance on brand initiatives and programs.Effectively drive tactics through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process.Monitor products, marketplace, and competitor trends and issues to anticipate/identify threats and opportunities. Make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to threats and opportunities.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical HCP/NPP/Consumer Digital marketing experience.B.A. or B.S. degree.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven business analysis skills.Proven agency management skills (for example, managed the agency of record, managed agency pitches for RFPs, etc.).Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, promotional compliance, and medical review processes.Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills.Experience/knowledge of CNS marketplace, particularly; Major depressive disorder (MDD) or Schizophrenia.Brand and/or Indication launch experience.US HCP/NPP/Consumer Digital Marketing experience.Sales and/or sales training experience.JV/partnership experience.Capacity to influence decision making and work done by others over whom you have no formal authority.Highly adaptable/Flexible.Ability to navigate within an ambiguous environment.Collaborative.Strategic Thinker.Results Driven with high sense of urgency.Organized/Detail Oriented.Team player.Our Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage.Company provided Basic Life, AD&D, Short-term and Long-term Disability insurance.Tuition reimbursement.401(k) match.PTO allotment each calendar year, paid holidays, and paid leave programs as well as other company provided benefits.#LI-Hybrid
