We’re curious about new ideas, we know how to make them happen, and we’re always there to support each other throughout the process.If you like making good things better, you’ll fit right in.As our new Senior Producer, you would build relationships and memorable engagements with clients, based on problem solving modern experiences and exceptional service; while liaising with, supporting, and managing your production teams. You’ll be responsible for leading brilliant executions, scoping, estimating and work-streaming productions, mentoring and building bespoke teams for our clients worldwide.The Core Need:We’re looking for someone proficient at digital work (web, app, 3d, etc) as well as adept at experiential activations (including large fabrication work). You’ll need to understand both worlds to bridge the divide on some of our most cutting edge work.The Real Opportunity:Execute productions from pitch to delivery using your leadership, communication and time management skills, owning the earlier phases with minimal Executive Producer support, turning often rough and raw ideas into smart production ready plans with clear visions for success, solid SOWs, timelines and profitable budgetsManage productions with budgets of $100K to $1.5MM+, on average Producers at Monks manage $1MM - $2MM of work at onceLearn quickly and adapt to new technologies and approaches to production.
