Work for the best and join the Heart of the CarDon family of care.The Regional Director of Marketing is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of sales and marketing activities across assigned sites. The Director will analyze sales and marketing problems and provide recommendations, oversee implementation of changes, and evaluate results. The Director will also provide corporate assistance and direction to site personnel in sales and marketing activities to ensure compliance with community philosophy, policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectivesEvaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvementAnalyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvementOversee the development of marketing materials, promotions, and campaignsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies accordinglyProvide guidance and support to site personnel in sales and marketing activitiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategyEnsure compliance with community philosophy, policies, and all federal and state laws and regulationsManage and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionalsMust have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldMust have 7+ years of experience as a Regional Marketing Director in healthcare/skilled nursingStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teamsKnowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulationsAbility to travel as neededFind your calling with CarDon.
