AB_4596563We are excited to present a new career opportunity with one of our esteemed clients for the role of Senior Associate, Corporate Controllership in Boston. This is a key position for experienced professionals looking to leverage their financial expertise in a dynamic corporate environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the corporate controllership team, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations.Responsibilities:Comprehensive oversight of assigned management company entities;Analyze financial data for accuracy, exception, and trends;Prepare the general ledger closing including quarterly Profit and Loss Account and balance sheet reconciliations;Preparation of financials;Work on fund expense allocations and collaborate on intercompany reimbursements;Collaborate on the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors;Work in partnership with various businesses to ensure that divisional P&Ls are properly stated;Work with management to improve processes associated with cash transactions;Participate in the annual budgeting process;Produce reporting on historical budget data for presentations;Identify improvement opportunities and partner across teams to propose and implement solutions.Skills:General Ledger (5 years of experience preferred)Budgeting (5 years of experience preferred)Reconciliation (5 years of experience preferred)Forecasting (5 years of experience preferred)Qualifications:Years of experience: 5 yearsRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
