This role will be working directly under the R&D Director.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.8 years of experience with advanced materials (plastics, composites, ceramics, multi-material alloys).Aerospace background preferred but not required; electronics, consumer goods, automotive experience acceptable.Must be able to travel internationally and domestically.Responsibilities:Oversee industrialization of key technologies for Aerospace manufacturing.Design, develop, and maintain technical documentation for optimizing production processes.Oversee the creation of processes, workflows, and documentation for advanced material products.Collaborate with Product Development to design and develop robust, repeatable processes and specifications.Ensure continuous improvement for increased manufacturing efficiency.Select commercially procurable test and manufacturing equipment for the production line by the M&P group.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in related fields.Skills:MaterialsProcess ControlManufacturingRandstad is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
