We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and talented individual to join our firm as a Fixed Income Institutional Sales Associate. Our firm consistently ranks as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our offices.As a Fixed Income Institutional Sales Associate, you will:Cultivate customer relationships with institutional accounts -portfolio managers, insurance companies, hedge funds etc. demonstrated by a historical annual average book of business minimum of $1.0M+. Focus on maintaining existing and prospecting new client relationships.
Focus on customer service and high integrity.
Collaborate with analysts, sales assistants, and traders to facilitate the purchase and sale of bonds to clients.
Work with sales assistant/back office to verify trades with clients, solve trade problems, enter trade tickets, open new accounts, etc.
Ability to travel as needed.

What we look for:Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 licensed or ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
Advanced knowledge of Fixed Income Capital Markets required.
Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong existing client relationships with consistent revenue generation.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively exchange ideas and information or influence others with professionalism.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
