Brookdale Fort Collins Assisted Living & Memory Care Fort Collins, CO Brookdale is seeking a seasoned Executive Director with the vision to engage staff with passion and inspiration. With the support of an incredible regional team, the right candidate will provide leadership to an Assisted Living and Memory Care campus, the Memory Care offering both Clare Bridge and Crossings programming. Responsibilities: Leads the day-to-day operations of a large community of more than 175 units with up to two product lines or more than 120 units with three product lines. Responsible for the community’s associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to become the preferred senior living community in the market, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team. Works with sales to drive sales results and creates an inclusive community culture. Develops and implements business plans, analyzes and executes annual operating and capital budgets, and holds department leaders accountable for performance. Encourages and supports department leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain associates. Builds high degree of resident satisfaction and retention and maintains positive resident relations. Oversees resident services and ensures compliance with Company policy and applicable legal requirements. Demonstrates a high degree of financial acumen as it relates to community operations. Drives sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community sales leader. Identifies and builds positive relationships with local influencers and professionals. Ensures buildings, grounds, and property are up to Company standards. Enforces current Company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience required. Must have a valid administrator license in states where required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires interaction with co-workers, residents, or vendors. Possible exposure to communicable diseases and infections. Requires travel occasionally.
