You’ll earn more than a paycheck; you can find opportunities to grow your career through professional development, as well as ongoing programs catered to your overall health and wellness.Responsibilities:Leads the day-to-day operations of a large community of more than 175 units with up to two product lines or more than 120 units with three product lines.Responsible for community associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to become the preferred senior living community in the market.Works with sales to drive results and creates an inclusive community culture.Develops and implements business plans to achieve high performance in the local market.Builds and maintains strong working relationships with the management team and encourages teamwork.Oversees recruiting and onboarding processes and ensures associates are trained to meet resident needs.Maintains positive resident relations and ensures a high degree of resident satisfaction and retention.Drives sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community sales leader.Ensures compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience required.Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.Salary Range Information: $121,780.00 - $135,000.00 / yearJob Locations: US-CO-Fort Collins | US-CO-Loveland | US-CO-GreeleyPosition Type: Regular Full-TimeWork Location: On-Site
