Full time Attorney - Mid-level Telecom Associate (Washington, DC)

We are looking for a full-time Mid Level Associate Attorney to join our telecommunications Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications, prior law firm experience, and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment. The position will involve a variety of legal research, drafting, and litigation work.

Must have experience with telecommunications regulatory issues arising under the Communications Act and underlying regulations, and with FCC processes and procedures.Education:JDBar Admission:Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of telecommunications experience.Prior experience in a law firm or at the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).Job Competencies & Desired Skills:Curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies.Experience with telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and FCC regulations, including familiarity with FCC processes.Strong analytical and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Sound business judgment and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.Ability to influence and engage persuasively.Basic management skills.General & Essential Job Expectations:

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in Washington, DC is $235,000 – $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
