As part of

Ecolab's Corporate Development team , the

Finance Analysis Manager

is responsible for conducting moderate to complex financial analysis projects including preparing discounted cash flow models and financial metric calculations for acquisition targets. The role also supports the documentation of strategic and financial analysis into Executive Management presentations and reports. In addition, the role assists in the coordination of the due diligence process.This is a high-visibility position requiring analytical thinking, excellent project management skills, an understanding of M&A concepts, and strong attention to detail. After two years, the Manager will rotate into other units of Ecolab's Finance organization.What You Will Do:Work with functional and business teams to develop financial forecasts and proper accounting treatment to incorporate into financial valuation modelsConduct financial statement analysis to evaluate performance in support of the transaction approval processSupport and organize the transaction due diligence process including request tracking and information synthesisConduct target company research, financial statement analysis, and prepare profilesCoordinate Capital Authorization Requests and draft Project Summaries for all transactionsManage ad-hoc analyses and projectsMinimum Qualifications:MBA in Finance with 4 years of Accounting and Finance experience or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 7 years of Accounting and Finance experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office to create both complex financial models and executive-level presentationsWorking knowledge of DCF (discounted cash flow) modelingPreferred Qualifications:CFA or CPAExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and organization skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
