This role will involve:
Giving legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy, environmental and infrastructure projects
Consenting applications, agreements etc across residential development and highway schemes
Clients will be very well known household names and include both public and private sector projects
What will you need?
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
At least 2-3 years planning law experience
A curious mind to include political awareness of planning on the governments' agenda
