I’m currently working with a market leading, publicly traded, software development company who are looking to recruit a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team.
The role will provide legal support for business operations, focusing on commercial contracts, M&A, litigation prevention, and regulatory compliance.
You must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, at least two years of law firm experience, and expertise in reviewing commercial agreements.
This is a hybrid role, and you are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and advise on commercial agreements (e.g., software licenses, supply agreements)
Support M&A with due diligence and document drafting
Advise on litigation prevention, corporate governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational law firm
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
