As the Sales Strategy & Operations Director for Homes.com, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our sales operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to streamline processes, improve sales performance, and ensure alignment with company objectives.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy:

Define long-term strategy for the sales organization. Evaluate sales models (inside v. outside) and build recommended approach to attack the market. Evaluate market segments and build strategy for how to approach each market segment. Oversee general strategic direction of the organization.Sales Process Optimization:

Evaluate and refine the end-to-end sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standardized procedures to streamline operations and reduce redundancy. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.Sales Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against goals and identify trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for stakeholders.Sales Technology Management:

Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales technology tools. Ensure proper integration and utilization of technology platforms to support sales initiatives and drive efficiency. Stay abreast of emerging sales technologies and trends and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives. Serve as a liaison between sales and other functional areas to facilitate communication and coordination. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university.Minimum of 5+ years of people management experience directly leading and managing sales operations.Proven experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the residential real estate industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.Demonstrated experience in process optimization and technology implementation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving measurable impact.Experience using Google Analytics, or similar tools; advanced in Excel experience with data visualization.A passion for data, analytics, insights, and trends and ability to provide actionable insights.Strong business acumen including problem solving and critical thinking.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.Proficient in applied statistics, knowledge of SQL, strong data management skills.Effective internal (leadership, peers, teams, company-wide) and external (sales channels, customers, etc.) relationship building skills.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.What’s in it for you?
