Responsibilities:

As ADI's Senior Director of Manufacturing AI, you will be responsible for leading rapid development and integration of AI into all aspects of ADI's manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Develop and drive the AI strategy and roadmap with manufacturing and supply chain, partnering with other AI teams.

Work with our internal and external fabs to develop AI applications and solutions to increase automation and efficiency.

Drive cross-domain AI development to increase productivity in product testing, manufacturing, shipping, and time-to-market.

Build and lead a team of AI and software engineers and manufacturing domain experts to lead AI innovation in the semiconductor manufacturing space.

Communicate the value of AI clearly by articulating both the high-level concepts and detailed stories and convince teams to adopt AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years working in semiconductor manufacturing.

5+ years leading technical teams and managing complex AI/ML solutions.

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with large-scale manufacturing or supply chain processes and the associated data and analytics challenges.

Deep knowledge of modern AI techniques, such as transformers, LLMs, foundation models, computer vision, and sensor fusion. Experience with autonomous systems or industrial robotics is a plus.

Experience with modern AI and data tech stacks.

Proven ability to think strategically and drive rapid innovation.

A confident influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional teams.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $178,400 to $245,300. Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
