Business Systems Analyst IV
to join our team in Northern Virginia.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist.May lead and direct the work of others.Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.Minimum Qualifications:5 years of position-relevant experience.Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
