We have an incredible opportunity for a

HR Coordinator

to support Events and Projects across our office locations in the United States.Who We Are:We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly, and beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Travel to our Events and facilities to support full recruitment and employee life cycle.Knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Partner effectively with other cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Talent Development, and more.Provide support within employee relations for employees, support departmental managers as needed.Assist in Recruitment, Onboarding of new employees (Orientation, new hire paperwork, time clock enrollment, welcome tour, I-9 verifications).Support the orientation and onboarding programs. Create new employee files and remove terminated ones.Track vacation requests, follow up on approvals and update calendars.Assist staff with attendance, payroll, benefits and general inquiries and work towards resolving any discrepancies with Human Resources Manager and Payroll Manager.Assist with creating and distribution of internal memos and other internal communications to employees.Assist with new visitor management, employee badging and airport badge tracking process.Management of office supplies, office building maintenance correspondences and tracking of work orders.Qualifications:Travel is required.Be service-oriented, collaborative, creative and charismatic.Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence.Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing. Bilingual is a plus.Proactive, entrepreneurial, can operate resourcefully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Highly organized and diligent, pays attention to detail and follows through.Knowledge of EEOC, ADA and employment laws.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints.Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.Ability to connect deeply with people, maintain trust, and navigate sensitive issues with colleagues.Ability to effectively deal with department heads and team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.What We Offer:Complimentary employee meal.Health Care + 401K.
