Social Media Content Creator

to join our team. You will be directly responsible for managing one or more social media accounts for a specific brand within our portfolio. In this role, you will oversee content creation, manage the content calendar, and ensure alignment with brand strategy while reporting to the Social Media Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be a crucial player in strategizing content plans and coordinating with various departments to produce high-quality content that drives engagement, builds community, and achieves business goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the social media presence for one or more assigned brands, maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that supports overall social media strategy, working closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure goals are met and adjusted as needed.Coordinate the production of engaging content by collaborating with the creative department and other internal teams, ensuring all content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.Write detailed creative briefs and develop a clear vision for the content to be created, providing direction and oversight to content producers, editors, and designers.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all social media content, reporting insights to the Social Media Manager and making strategic recommendations for improvement.Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner to engage with the online community and foster a positive and interactive relationship with followers.Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and apply innovative approaches to drive engagement and growth.Assist in strategizing future content plans and campaigns with the Social Media Manager, providing insights and ideas based on platform performance and audience behavior.Ensure all content is aligned with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives, measuring success through KPIs and adjusting strategies to meet performance goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy, preferably in a consumer-facing or retail environment.Proven track record of success in managing social media accounts and creating engaging high-performing content.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices for each, with the ability to create content tailored to platform-specific audiences.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in writing creative briefs, managing content production workflows, and overseeing the creative process from concept to execution.Proficiency in using social media management tools, content creation tools, and analytics platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategy and measure performance.A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.Benefits/Perks:We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
