As a key member of Fortrea, the HR Partner will utilize their skills and background to partner with and be the main point-of-contact for their respective leadership team. The candidate will need to be able to effectively navigate the HR organization to ensure quality and timely delivery of all HR services to meet business needs.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, fun and collaborative HR team!Essential Job Duties:

Builds strong working relationships, underpinned by trust, credibility and respect with business and HR leadersSeeks to understand business strategies and translates them into long-term people strategies and agendasSupports the development of short and long-term People strategies with HR BU, COE and business leaders to enable and support business strategiesSupports the development of HR initiatives and prioritiesSupports HR and Business organizations and cultures to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement and commitment to service excellenceWith business leaders, supports strategies to improve business and organizational performance and change managementInforms HR COEs on business strategy to support pro-active delivery of quality HR services to meet current and future business needsOversees local implementation of global and standardized HR processesEnsures BU and HR strategies are aligned with the global and/or regional HR plans and strategiesProvides coaching and development practices in support of business strategy and growth agendasOversees BU execution of core HR processes including Talent Management, Development and PerformanceActively involved in the recruitment, development, growth and retention of talentApplies consistency and fairness in adherence to regulations, compliance, laws, policies, procedures and issue escalation10-20% travel requiredExperience:

Minimum of 6+ years of HR and/or combination of HR and Business Leadership experienceKnowledge of Canadian regulations and experience supporting Canadian based employees a plusEducation/Qualifications/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or HR certification/qualification (e.g. SHRM/CIPD) requiredAdvanced degree in related field preferredPay Range:

$120,000-$135,000 base annual salaryBenefits:

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
