This is a key role providing analytical support to executives, forecasting, variance analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.In this highly visible role, you will develop expert working knowledge of the business and its relationship to financial performance, serving as a subject matter expert.What you’ll do:Provide analytical support to executives on a project and ad hoc basis.Develop financial updates to executive leadership.Support the investor relations team and other internal stakeholders.Partner across finance stakeholders to understand business drivers.Lead a variety of projects to simplify and automate existing processes.Contribute to broader team & cross-functional deliverables.Who you are:8+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility.Advanced analytic, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills.High level of intellectual curiosity, strong sense of ownership, and passion for delivery.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management.Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small.Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences.Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
