Qualifications

10+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets

Prior experience in both fast-paced startup environments and established enterprise software sales would be advantageous.

Candidates should have a solid background in sales, relationship management, and account management, with a focus on nurturing and expanding client relationships.

Prior experience in the banking IT sector is crucial, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Candidates should be familiar with the complexities of deploying and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions, particularly in the banking sector.

Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives, particularly at the C-level within client organizations.

Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Candidate must meet the necessary legal requirements to work in the United States without any visa restrictions.

Responsibilities

The AVP Strategic Sales will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope.

Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
