As a Live Game Producer for Pokémon GO, you will lead teams and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen. We’re looking for an ambitious and innovative Producer to work on Live Operations in Pokémon GO. You will steer the seasonal planning to keep players engaged all year round, drive cross-functional teams to delight our users, and make the world better by helping users go out and explore the world! A combination of technical aptitude, Pokémon brand knowledge, and creative thinking are required to be successful in this role. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to drive Pokémon GO’s Live Operations strategy, driving the seasonal narrative while keeping the game fresh and fun between major features. Support quarterly/annual Pokémon GO Live Operations aligned to OKRs, seasons, and business objectives, in close partnership with game designers, live events and marketing. Break down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide our seasonal planning from ideation through post-launch. Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested before going live. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigating approval hurdles to successfully land a cohesive end product. Engage with the team leadership to keep them apprised of Live Operations performance as well as presenting data-driven results and recaps. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings. Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday. Qualifications

4+ years experience producing a live service mobile game. 4+ years experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM and waterfall, as well as when and how to apply them to multi-disciplinary game teams. Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets, word processor and BI Tools (Tableau, Looker). You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, detail-oriented, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.). Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana. Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice. Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications. Fluency in both Japanese and English. You love Pokémon GO. The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $156,600 - $174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
