is seeking a highly skilled F&I Director to manage the dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) department. This involves overseeing all financial services, including loan approvals, insurance sales, and other ancillary products related to vehicle purchases

What you will do:

Manage the F&I Department : Oversee daily operations, including the development and execution of strategies to meet sales and profit targets.

Compliance : Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay updated on industry laws and regulations to maintain the dealership's reputation and prevent legal issues.

Customer Relations : Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they understand their financing options and choose the best one for their needs. Provide a high level of customer service to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Lender Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to secure the best rates and terms for customers.

Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to provide financial solutions for customers, helping to close deals and maximize dealership revenue.

Training and Development : Train and mentor F&I managers and staff, ensuring they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting and Analysis : Monitor financial performance, prepare reports on profitability, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Inventory and Contract Management : Oversee the inventory of financial products and ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurately completed and processed.

Requirements:What we expect:

At least 3 years of automotive sales experience and at least 1 year in a dealership management position

Must possess strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees and finance and insurance vendors as they represent the dealership

Ability to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction ratings

Ability to work well with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions

Ability to workdays, nights and weekends as needed

Must maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean MVR

Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus

Must submit to and successfully pass a background & drug screen
