We all win together.WHAT WE’LL NEEDThe Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Corporate Restaurants will develop and implement strategies, plans, and programs to drive HR excellence across company-owned restaurants in the US. This role will partner closely with field leadership to support the unique needs of the restaurant teams, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and development.Create and execute a people strategy that supports the business goals of company-owned restaurants across multiple states.Lead the full talent cycle, including performance management, talent reviews, career development planning, and diversity and inclusion efforts.Provide HR leadership and support to field HR Business Partners/Recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with organizational values.Guide, train, and support field leadership, including Vice Presidents of Operations and District Managers, in the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.Assess field leadership effectiveness and partner with them to develop and implement individual and team development plans.Drive talent acquisition strategies for all positions within company-owned restaurants, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent at all levels.Lead and support the investigation process for employee concerns, consulting on solutions and follow-up actions.Regularly visit restaurants to assess organizational health, providing recommendations for improvements to General Managers and District Managers.Develop and manage recognition programs to enhance team member engagement and motivation.Analyze HR metrics and data to make informed business decisions and recommendations for restaurant operations.Implement repeatable processes to build a strong talent bench and improve engagement and retention across all levels in corporate-owned restaurants.Support the onboarding and development of new leaders within the organization.Address and resolve employee questions and concerns promptly.Requires up to 75% travel to company-owned restaurant locations.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on supporting multi-site locations, employee relations, talent development, and field-based HR strategy.Strong knowledge of HR practices, legal compliance, and employee relations in a field environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Proven track record of influencing field leaders, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Preferred HR certification, such as SHRM or PHR.Experience using data analytics and HR reporting tools to make informed decisions and improve field operations.Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines relevant to field operations, including employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, compliance with federal and state employment laws, and effective use of HRIS.Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect HR strategies to broader operational goals in a dynamic field setting.WHO YOU AREHUMBLE:
