We all win together.WHAT WE’LL NEEDThe Senior HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance and support for the organization. They collaborate with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals to enforce clarity, positively impact culture, and drive team member engagement.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to their business unit, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and clarity through our core values.Execute HR strategies that support Wingstop's values, vision, and goals. Collaborate with teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters, and act as a strategic advisor and change agent for business initiatives.Lead efforts in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Conduct investigations into employee concerns and complaints, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning all functional areas, including USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.Maintain all personnel records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and work closely with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement changes in legislation.Oversee talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.Provide coaching and development support to team members, focusing on enhancing career progression, optimizing performance, and building leadership capabilities.Lead talent reviews and calibrations, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent and identifying opportunities for growth and development.Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.Conduct organizational health reviews, evaluating employee engagement, performance metrics, and the impact of HR initiatives.Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively convey HR policies, initiatives, and changes to team members.Lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture and improving overall workplace satisfaction.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and HR strategy.Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and employee relations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives.Preferred HR certification such as SHRM or PHR.Experience with data analytics and HR reporting tools.Comprehensive knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including HRIS implementation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, benefits, immigration, and federal and state employment laws.Strong business acumen and ability to understand the broader business context.WHO YOU AREHUMBLE:
