Senior Insurance Defense Attorney (Remote)

I am partnered with a boutique technology-enabled law firm with a nationwide footprint seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney licensed in Southern California. This is a remote, work-from-home position, but candidates must be available for court appearances, depositions, site inspections, and other necessary in-person activities.This insurance defense practice group has experienced significant growth, necessitating the expansion of the team. We are looking for a Senior Counsel with 8+ years of insurance defense experience, particularly in general liability, products liability, and commercial automobile claims. Experience with toxic tort claims is a plus.Responsibilities:Represent clients in court for insurance defense cases, including personal injury, general liability, products liability, and commercial automobile claims.Conduct depositions, site inspections, and other necessary in-person legal activities.Utilize and manage cloud-based legal software for case management and document handling.Collaborate with a team of paralegals, legal case assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar License.Minimum of 8 years of insurance defense experience with significant first chair trial experience.Proficiency in using legal technology and cloud-based management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues independently.If interested, please apply or reach out to me directly.
