Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Window Solution Architect with a strong background in Intune device management to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Windows-based solutions across our organization, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Intune for efficient device management.

Solution Architecture:Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance MDM-based solutions tailored to meet business needs, including server infrastructure, desktop environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud integration.Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams and solution blueprints.Provide technical leadership and guidance on MDM solutions architecture best practices.Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and security policies.Develop and enforce policies for device management, application deployment, and data protection.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Intune device management, ensuring high availability and performance.Lead the implementation of Windows, Apple, Android and Linux-based systems, ensuring best practices are followed for installation, configuration, and maintenance across all environments.Integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.Ensure all Windows solutions and Intune-managed devices comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.Conduct regular security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities and implementing necessary mitigationsProvide technical support and expertise for Apple, Android, linux, Windows-based systems and Intune device management.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure systems remain current and secure.Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Windows solutions and Intune-managed devices.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholderMonitor and optimize Windows and MDM infrastructure performance, addressing bottlenecks, tuning configurations, and implementing enhancements as needed.Serve as a subject matter expert for all windows and MDM related issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated problems.Maintain comprehensive documentation of client windows architecture, configurations, procedures, and best practices. Provide training and guidance to IT staff on Windows technologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5 years of experience as a MDM Solution Architect or similar role.Proven experience with Microsoft Intune device management, including policy creation, deployment, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, Office 365, and Azure AD.
