Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr/Lead Salesforce QA to join our team on a remote basis. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations through rigorous testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and proficiency in using Provar for test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

Lead the QA efforts for Salesforce projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.

Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies, processes, and best practices for Salesforce applications.

Test Planning and Execution:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Utilize Provar to automate test cases and manage test scripts, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Defect Management:

Identify, document, and track defects in a detailed and systematic manner.

Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce and QA methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

Proficiency in using Provar for test automation, including scripting, execution, and results analysis.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in QA, with a focus on Salesforce applications.

Proven track record of leading QA efforts in large-scale Salesforce projects.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer I, are a plus.

QA certifications, such as ISTQB, are beneficial.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with other QA tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail, is advantageous.
