Office Management/Exec SupportOrganize and facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up video conferencing, screen sharing, and distributing relevant materialsAssist with document preparation and formatting, including emails, reports, presentations, and other materials for executive reviewMaintain the electronic filing system ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of documents, files, and confidential informationOUR CORE VALUES
