The Director, Ecommerce for Watson Apparel will be responsible for delivering sales through commercially driven strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, and site operations for AllStar Sports and developing our 3rd party Marketplaces. This role demands a true cross-functional leader to oversee a team that delivers against strategic goals and work hand-in-hand with our digital, product, tech and marketing teams, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital retail and be familiar with navigating and optimizing listings on major Ecommerce platforms.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the rest of the Watson Apparel executive leadership team. Key responsibilities are:

Allstarelite.com:

Develop and implement a comprehensive AllStar strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across EMEA markets.

Lead merchandising strategies to ensure a compelling product assortment, timely updates, and effective promotions that align with fashion trends and market demand.

Partner with performance marketing teams to support revenue and growth objectives.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5-10 years of eCommerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in driving eCommerce sales and marketing strategies.

Experience in demand planning, sensing, and pricing.

Strong understanding of online merchandising and user experience best practices.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Candidate must have keen business acumen and advanced online customer analytical skills.

Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Strong curiosity, interest, and intrigue for the trading cards industry.
