Description

SAIC is looking for a Customer-Centric Marketing (CCM) Senior Manager for our Air Force Combatant Commands (AFCC) and Space & Intel Business Groups.

This individual will be responsible for working across the Marketing and Business Development functions to develop and lead the execution of multi-channel customer-centric marketing strategies for a set of strategic accounts. You will also interface with a variety of teams across the enterprise, including but not limited to the Account Leads, Account Business Development Leads, and Marketing & Communications.

You are perfect for this role if you are a team player that is well versed in Account Based Marketing (ABM) best practices with experience in the federal government market. You are strategic, collaborative, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver.

Key responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the target accounts, including our current work and whitespace areas buyer personas, and brand perception.

Create and implement targeted marketing strategies, client journeys, and cross-channel marketing activities, including but not limited to thought leadership, events/sponsorships, awards, and digital campaigns (including social media).

Partner closely with internal and external content creators, marketing, creative, events, communications, and business resources.

Track and report on KPIs; make and utilize data-driven decisions and ensure a feedback loop is embedded to optimize go-to-market efforts.

Assist the Senior Director, CCM in developing scalable assets for broader use.

Serve as a thought partner in developing, implementing, and measuring/tracking marketing initiatives to demonstrate impact on driving sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience within marketing.

Deep knowledge of marketing strategy and account-based or client-centric marketing in the federal government sector at a professional services and/or IT organization.

Strong planning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Demonstrated hands-on experience developing marketing strategies and implementing data-driven, strategic cross-channel marketing plans that include the use of thought leadership, events, sponsorships, awards, social media, and other digital channels.

Successful and progressive track record of marketing positions within nimble, action-oriented organizations characterized by collaboration and a strong focus on client service.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
