The Director, Public Sector Channel Program will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Public sector business. This person will lead our Global Public sector channel program development and execution. This person will also be the lead contact for our existing public sector partnerships and building new Partnerships with key channel players in the Federal and SLED ecosystem.Who you're committed to being:Accountable for the successful delivery of Public sector channel programMaintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaboratorsCritically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growthEnsure programs meet ambitious revenue goalsNatural leader who enjoys group collaboration, can influence with and without authorityPassionate about IT workforce transformation and willing to go above and beyond to support program goalsHighly motivated, committed, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to targetsWell-respected among peers and the business as someone who understands the needs and objectives of the businessWhat you'll do:Day-to-day responsibility for the execution of all aspects of the program; where to prioritize, what's working/notBuild and lead the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of Public Sector sales teamsAnticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program deliveryNegotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and our Public Sector partnerOwn forecasting responsibility to the business for Public Sector channel sales and communicate key revenue goals and progress.Experience you'll bring:Broad expertise around the subject matter and competitive landscape that help achieve goals and company objectives as effectively as possible.Can solve complex people-related challenges and motivate others to work thru adversity or high-pressure challengesAble to prioritize program goals and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one timeMethodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality, with attention to detailAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentFacilitation and conflict resolution skills, to assist in resolving the different points of view and requirements that invariably collide during cross-team and cross-company effortsCreative problem-solving skills - propensity to think laterally to generate solutions which have the desired impactPossess a good level of initiative and judgment, and be comfortable making decisions when requiredAble to see the big picture and break complicated workflows into manageable piecesAn efficient and effective communicatorRequirements:Bachelor's degree and minimum 12+ years of related experience; or Masters Degree and 8+ years.Travel Requirements:While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important.
