Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Perform discovery and analysis of requirements based on current system functions, and business needsElicit business requirementsTranslate business requirements to functional requirementsProduce Data maps between source and target systemsInterpret data and analyze resultsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesProject co-ordinationTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniquesStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findingsExperience in system migrations effortsBasic Qualifications:5 years as a Business Analyst or Business Data Analyst3 years of Interpreting data, analyzing results3 years in Data mapping projects3 years of SQLData mapping between systemsProject coordinationPreferences/Nice to have:Life insurance industry experienceEducation:Bachelors degree in a related field.Education: Bachelors Degree
