Job Description : Oracle Func SME with experience implementing Cloud HCM. Need multiple HR end to end projects with Oracle Cloud HCM Learning module specifically. Candidate needs to be client facing, great comms, with a Big 4 mindset/experience. This is a Core HR Lead, need heavy implementation exp.
-Standard end to end implementation of HCM cloud.-Requirements user stories.-Config testing.-Coaching go live cutover support.-Hybrid agile and industry experience helpful.
Client is implementing a full suite of Oracle HCM cloud, to include Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Absence. Prior healthcare or higher education projects would be preferred.
