Oracle HCM BI Analyst
to join their team. This is a
remote
opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere in the US. If you are passionate about leveraging
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
and
Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
to provide critical insights and analytics within Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key HCM reporting dashboards, analytics, and extracts using
OTBI
and
BI Publisher .
Collaborate with client IT and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create technical strategy and design documents.
Lead all stages of analytics projects, from business understanding to deployment and maintenance.
Analyze complex HR data sets and derive actionable insights to support HR and business stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and reliability in data models and reporting, optimizing them for efficient use.
Stay up to date with
Oracle HCM Cloud
updates, implementing improvements to enhance BI capabilities.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure team members adopt best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with
OTBI
and
BIP .
Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Proven client interfacing skills, with experience collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders.
Certification in
Oracle HCM Cloud
or relevant BI tools is a plus.
Employment Type:
Ongoing contract
Pay Details:
$45.00 to $60.00 per hour
